Hello bright-eyed and bushy-tailed friends! We hope you're having a very fun and happy week!
We we still be adding more fuzzy sweet, super loveable, bright & colorful, or pixieish darling stuff this week, but I help my mom's Etsy shop (with photos, etc.), so keep checking daily for additions of adorable sweetness. She often has very similar cuteness over there, check it out. We have been able to combine shipping fees for you, when ordering from both our shops. A penny saved is a penny earned.
Meanwhile, remember when buying from "net56ted" at Etsy, you are buying from one of the very best moms in the world. {{{{{HUGS}}}}} to her.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts~
^_^
XXOXOXO

Through the years, it's easy to find volumes of documentation that illustrate Japan's teeny-tiny detailed, brilliantly colorful artistry, and their legendary style setting in everything. I was lucky to discover this on my own after many years of hunting/collecting (anywhere from flea markets miles from home, to eBay at midnight).
One day I simply noticed just how many "Made In Japan" labels (preferably blue paper!) were on all my favorite things. I dreamed of a small webshop, one that would yield more than just a few MIJ darlings per year. We are crazy about what we've sold by designer Ayumi Uyama. She has been so kind, and she is as cute as her creations.
Japanese Sweet Shop will always be on a quest for special vintage Japanese items, along with beautiful, cute, kawaii-style stuff because they just seem to go together. Our dream is to keep the inventory in short supply because you didn't warn your friends in time....... jk.
Actually, our real dream is to keep stocking the sweetest stuff from Japan (mostly), whether it's brand new and adorable, or darling treasures from the charming past.
Thanks to DH, family, and Kayo for getting me here~
Stay sweet,
Annette aka "Sunshine"
